How we ordered the options

We considered usable search, clarity of price, area and location, ways to contact advertisers, publishing flow and supporting information. We did not verify every listing or title, nor compare inconsistent inventory or app-download figures. The list mixes specialist sites, general classifieds, a property company and social groups; it is not a market-share table.

   Facebook property groups

   A broad channel for local communities and quick requests. Group quality varies, and structured filters, listing status and seller identity can be hard to check. Verify each property independently.

   A broad classifieds platform with property categories, local pages and many filters. User review note: cards felt dense on their phone and the contact options they saw were phone or WhatsApp; this can vary by device and listing.

   A substantial property catalogue with detail pages, photos and contact options. The user reported a sign-in verification obstacle and a map preview that failed in their test; those are individual observations, not universal findings.

   Offers sale and rental listings, governorate and type filters, interactive maps, and displayed call and WhatsApp options. Worth checking for a particular area.

   Offers Syrian property browsing, map search and curated collections; its site describes title information and direct contact. The user found compact cards and a video that did not play in one test; that does not establish a sitewide issue.

   A large multi-category classifieds service with Syrian property filters by city and type and chat on listings. Preference for a dedicated property interface is subjective; we do not use an unverified live listing count.

    A property and travel app listed on Android and iOS, with search and maps described by its publisher. The user found some web details unclear; we have not verified combined downloads or inventory.
